Zivy, Inc (and/or its Affiliates) ("Company", "us", "we", "our" and their respective connotations) operates the Lila Chrome Extension ("Extension") for providing wellbeing and mindfulness services ("Services"). The Extension gathers certain information with prior consent from users utilizing the Extension ("Users" or "you" and their respective connotations).

Our Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs your installation and use of our Extension, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Services. We use your data to provide and improve our Extension and Services. Our Extension assists Users in managing work-time wellbeing through guided breathing techniques and physical exercises. The Extension replaces the new tab page in Chrome browser to provide easy access to wellness activities during work.
